If I accidentally film someone when live streaming is that illegal?

If you live stream or photograph someone without their consent and share those images on an online platform that is a violation of portrait and privacy rights.

1.Photographing or surreptitiously filming people engaged in non public activities, talking, engaged in conversation or their private parts, without consent, is a violation of the Criminal Code and can result in up to 3 years in jail or a fine of NT$300,000; if a photograph or video is shared, the maximum sentence is 5 years or a fine of NT$500,000.

2.If a foreign worker is found guilty of the above crime their employment permit will be terminated and they will be given a limited period in which to leave Taiwan.
